What a difference one day can make… On Thursday I was preparing to introduce changes to this chart, but the move on December 29th put everything on hold.

This annual report focuses on technical signals and events, interpretation of the past and future candle structures on various frames, and projecting targets for the 10-year rates and popular TLT and IEF securities.
