Natural Gas – Daily Analysis

In today’s Natural Gas technical analysis, we examine the Henry Hub futures setup—candlestick structure, key support/resistance, momentum, and Elliott Wave context—to outline the probabilities for the next move.
CANDLES

Today, Natty printed an Inside Down on the daily frame—the first solid signal that a top may be near. If it’s confirmed on the daily and accompanied by a momentum shift on the 2D frame tomorrow, a larger pullback could begin. That said, the 3D frame recorded a bullish candle and all trends remain bullish. Tomorrow could be decision day, though I still think Natty isn’t done on the upside.
ELLIOTT WAVES
Last Wave

I think NG has started wave iv of 3 and still needs wave v to complete 3. After that, a period of moderate consolidation for wave 4—about a week—should follow, then a strong wave 5. Let’s see what tomorrow brings; there’s also a chance for a strong move that completes the entire wave v.
SUMMARY:
Natty remains bullish across the mid- and long-term frames. It has flipped neutral in the short term, with a risk of turning bearish.
Short term: neutral
Mid term: bullish
Long term: bullish
