Gold is forming a wave pattern that demands attention. The recent price action is building a structure that could define the next major move. In this update, we outline the most probable paths forward and assess whether gold is preparing for continuation — or a meaningful reversal.

ELLIOTT WAVES

Over the weekend and on Monday, gold likely formed an impulsive move down, altering the character of the prior advance. The upward structure now appears corrective rather than impulsive. This shift suggests at least one more short-term lower low, shown in green as the more favorable path.

However, gold could instead develop a higher-degree impulsive move lower, marked in red. That scenario would signal the start of a much larger correction — potentially wave C, as outlined in the latest monthly report.
