Natural Gas – Daily Analysis

In today’s report, we examine Natural Gas, analyze key technical signals and the evolving structure, and identify the critical levels that will determine where Natty heads next.
CANDLES

Today, Natural Gas made several signature statements. First, the 15-day frame formed a strong, technically supported Bullish Engulfing. Second, the 10-day frame marginally formed a bottom. These signals, along with several others, materially extend the bullish odds for Natty in the mid and long term.
At the same time, the daily frame closed with a Dark Cloud Cover. This move still requires confirmation. Until then, the short-term odds remain neutral, with the bullish trend intact.
Overall, Natural Gas may respond to the DCC by exploring somewhat lower levels, but the stronger mid- and long-term backdrop should likely keep that move limited. The broader outlook remains bullish.
ELLIOTT WAVES
Last Wave

Natty failed to immediately extend the impulse at the micro level. Most likely, it is now developing a zigzag for wave ii, as shown on the chart on the right. The mid-term perspective remains unchanged.
SUMMARY:
Natural Gas remains bullish in the mid and long term after several important frame-level signals strengthened the broader setup. Short term, the daily Dark Cloud Cover and the micro-level zigzag scenario suggest a limited pullback may unfold first.
Overall, Natty appears to be consolidating within a still-constructive structure rather than reversing the larger bullish case.
