Nasdaq – Road Map Update

Nasdaq is reaching a point where the wave structure can no longer be viewed in isolation. As waves mature, they often begin to reveal qualities that were hidden earlier in the move, and those details can materially change the interpretation of the entire setup.
This is where Elliott Wave analysis becomes especially valuable. In today’s report, we review Nasdaq at a dramatic technical moment, assess what the evolving structure may be signaling, and explain why the next confirmation could define whether the current advance still has room to extend or is approaching a far more important turning point.
Elliott Wave

The structure Nasdaq formed a week ago was not enough. The index decided to escalate.
This is what Prechter and Elliott said about some of the most concerning developments in Elliott Wave structures:
“Fifth wave extensions, truncated fifths and ending diagonal triangles all imply the same thing: dramatic
reversal ahead. At some turning points, two of these phenomena have occurred together at different degrees, compounding the violence of the next move in the opposite direction.”
They were talking about two such phenomena occurring together. I think Nasdaq may be trying three.
We now have a potential ending diagonal from waves 1 to 5, with wave 5 itself possibly forming an ending diagonal at a smaller degree. At the same time, wave 5 appears to be the longest, or extended, wave in the sequence.
I hope I am mistaken. But just in case, I have my popcorn ready.
