Russell 2000 – Road Map

Russell has recorded several signals that now allow us to estimate the prospective path of the next leg.

This will be a very simple update: just the result of the deeper analysis, with the most probable path and the key levels to watch.

Classical Pattern

Today, Russell likely completed a classical flag pattern. There are two most probable target ranges, measured by different methodologies, and both point to a constructive short-term setup.

The index now has a fair chance to advance roughly 2.5–8% over the next few weeks, with the most probable target around 4.5%. This projection is generally aligned with our mid-term view, which we will discuss in the next weekly report.

Once Russell breaks out, there is a chance the broader market follows. We should remember Russell’s canary status: when small caps start moving first, the rest of the market often pays attention later.
